1. The staff should understand the content of the drawings, technical requirements and processes, and understand the performance of the equipment used. Strictly abide by the safety operating procedures and equipment maintenance.

2. Positioning: Place the workpiece in the fixture according to the process requirements, so that the workpiece has a suitable orientation to the processing machinery and saw blade, so that the workpiece meets the requirements of the drawings after processing. The inner diameter correction of the saw blade, positioning hole processing, etc., must be carried out by the factory. 3. Clamping: The positioning of the workpiece before processing is called clamping. When clamping, pay attention to: reduce the number of clamping, and the clamping force cannot cause the workpiece to deform or displace. The direction of the clamping force should not loosen during the workpiece processing.

4. Master the cutting speed, feed rate and cutting depth If the saw blade is not used, pay attention to the following points when storing it:

4.1. If it is not used immediately, it should be placed flat or hung up using the inner hole.

4.2. Other items cannot be piled up or stepped on on the flat saw blade, and attention should be paid to moisture and rust prevention.

4.3. When the saw blade is no longer sharp and the cutting surface is rough, it is necessary to re-grind it in time.
